HDY-J330SB standard magazine loader is mainstream automatic PCB feeding equipment matched for complete SMT assembly lines, stencil printers, high-speed pick and place machines and reflow ovens. It automatically feeds bare PCBs from standard magazine racks to the front-end of SMT equipment, eliminating manual board feeding and improving workshop automation level.

The machine frame adopts thickened industrial aluminum profile rails matched with wear-resistant bird-nest plastic conveyor chain, stable transmission and no scratch on PCB surface. Lifting system uses 90W brake motor paired with precision ball screw to realize step-by-step magazine lifting; users can switch lifting pitch freely among 10/20/30/40mm via touch screen to fit different PCB thicknesses. The conveying section is driven by 15W fixed-speed motor, with unidirectional left-to-right PCB transmission.

Equipped with full pneumatic clamping structure, the push cylinder position supports screw fine adjustment to adapt different magazine sizes; standard magazine inner size L460*W400*H565mm, maximum storage capacity up to 50 circuit boards, compatible with PCB within L450*W330mm.
